Yes, you will be asked to register online with Para Rubber if you wish to purchase from our website. Or you can register by clicking on Log in/Register near the top of the page on the right hand side. It will be in your best interest to register with your nearest store.

Some products aren’t available to be bought online as they are difficult to freight. However, we are continually adding products to our website that can be bought online. You are welcome to contact your nearest Para Rubber store if there is something else you may require. The availability of each product is indicated by a “Add to Cart” button if this is not available on the website this will say “In Store Only”.

The Para Rubber store you select in your order will contact you if your order cannot be completed.

While we do everything we can to make sure our stock levels are accurate at all times there may be occasions due to circumstances where we are unable to fulfill your order or source a replacement product. If this should occur a store will contact you. Please note that we cannot offer a backorder or rain check facility.

Yes, upon check out you can choose to have your order shipped or pick up in-store.

Some spare parts are available through your local store. Please contact the store which you originally purchased the products from. Store Opening Hours and Contact Details
If for any reason you need to cancel or change your order, please call the store at which your order was placed. Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way to you as quickly as possible; the sooner the store hears from you, the better!

2) Delivery

he standard delivery cost is $7.90 including GST per order. Larger products cost $30. Intex and large Swimming pools cost $100. The delivery cost for your order is displayed where you choose your shipping option upon purchase. If your order is very large or rural delivery or offshore islands, special delivery cost may be required. If this is the case your store will be in contact with you. Orders over $300.00 including GST will be freight free, subject to size and if rural or offshore islands as above.

Provided we have all of your items in stock, if the order is placed before12 noon we aim for 2 working days on delivery. Orders received on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be processed the following day and delivered within the next 2 working days.

Because of the cost of freight, we are unable to deliver to offshore islands such as Stewart Island, Waiheke Island or Chatham Islands

If you have received an email saying your order has been shipped you may request from the store you made your purchase with for the Fastway label number and you can track & trace your order on website
All local orders are delivered by your local Fastway Couriers. Out of town or large orders may be delivered by freight companies
No, we only ship to addresses within New Zealand.

No, we cannot as we need a signature on delivery.

Yes, you will be able to amend or add a delivery address in the check out process or you can set up multiple delivery addresses in Your Accountin the tab your addresses. It will be in your best interest to register with your nearest store.
You will be charged one delivery fee of $6.50 per order.

3) My Account & Passwords

Click on Your Account then enter your email address and click on Forgot your password you will then receive an email to your registered email address with your password.
This can be done when clicking on Your Account and logging in.
You can change your email notification settings at any time if you Log in/Register by going into Your personal information. Simply tick or un-tick the box of the emails you wish to alter.

4) Payment & Security

5) Returns

Yes – in most cases you can return products you have bought online. Please ensure that the product is in a resalable condition unless faulty or otherwise defective. Proof of purchase is required in order to get an exchange or a refund and must be returned to the store you purchased from online. Please note we will not accept returns if you simply change your mind. We will not accept mattresses or other bedding because of hygiene concerns.

We cannot take back any products cut to size such as foam, mats or rubber and foam strips

Please contact the store in which you originally purchased your goods from, they will help with your refund or exchange request. Products must be in a resalable condition. We will not accept refunds if you simply change your mind.
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act you are entitled to have your product repaired, replaced or refunded. Please contact the store which you originally purchased the products from.
