1) Shopping online

Yes, you will be asked to register online with Para Rubber if you wish to purchase from our website. During checkout & registration you will be asked which is your nearest Para Rubber store. This is the store that your order will be sent to.

Some products, such as Mattresses and Pool Chemicals, may be available in store only due to freight restrictions. The availability of each product is indicated by an “Add to Cart” button or text that says “In Store Only”.

The Para Rubber store processing your order will contact you if they have any fulfilment issues. We endeavor to fill all orders completely and quickly.

While we do everything we can to make sure our stock levels are accurate, there may be rare occasions where something goes wrong and we are unable to fulfil an order. If this should occur the store processing your order will contact you. Please note that we cannot offer a backorder or rain check facility.

Yes, upon check out you can choose to have your order shipped or pick up in store. Please wait until the store contacts you that your order is ready for collection.

Please contact the store which you originally purchased the products from and the team there will help.

If for any reason you need to cancel or change your order, please call the store at which your order was placed. Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way to you as quickly as possible; the sooner the store hears from you, the better!

If you log into your account, you will be able to see your order history.

All prices listed online are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST.  Prices shown on the website are our RRP.  Very occasionally your local store may have some slight price variations due to regional factors.

All prices shown online are our online store price.  Each Para Rubber branch is an independent business, and in some cases in-store prices may vary due to regionality.

2) Delivery

The standard delivery cost is $10.99 including GST per order.  Intex and large Swimming pools cost $150. The delivery cost for your order is displayed when you choose your shipping option during checkout. If your order is very large or rural delivery or offshore islands, special delivery cost may be required. If this is the case your store will be in contact with you. Orders over $300.00 including GST will be freight free, excluding rural delivery, oversized items, and offshore islands.

Because of size and bulk, mattresses cannot be delivered except by arrangement. Please contact your nearest store to discuss delivery options for mattresses.

Provided we have all of your items in stock, if the order is placed before12 noon we aim for 2 working days on delivery. Orders received on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be processed the following day and delivered within the next 2 working days.

Because of the cost of freight, we are unable to deliver to offshore islands such as Stewart Island, Waiheke Island or Chatham Islands.

When your order is packaged and booked for courier pickup, you will receive an email with the tracking link.

Our stores use a variety of freight providers based on destination and shipment size.  Your tracking email will include the link to the relevant shipping company.

No, we only ship to addresses within New Zealand.

No, we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Yes, you can set up multiple delivery addresses in your account. We recommend shipping to an address where someone will be available to receive the shipment, such as a business address.

You will be charged one delivery fee per order.

3) My Account & Passwords

Click on Your Account then enter your email address and click on “Forgot Your Password”. A reset email will be sent to the registered email address.

This can be done when clicking on Your Account and logging in.

You can change your email notification settings at any time by going to the Personal Information section of your account.

4) Payment & Security

We currently accept Master Card and Visa.

We will charge a 2% surcharge on all credit card transactions.

You need to enable cookies on your browser to enjoy all the shopping features at pararubber.co.nz. A cookie is data that is sent to your browser from a web site and is stored on your computer’s hard drive. If your browser’s preferences allow it (most browsers are installed with cookies enabled), each web site can send its own cookie to your browser. Each web site can only access the cookie they have sent to your hard drive, not the cookies sent by other web sites.

5) Returns

Yes – in most cases you can return products you have bought online. Please ensure that the product is in a resalable condition unless faulty or otherwise defective. Proof of purchase is required in order to get an exchange or a refund and must be returned to the store you purchased from online. Please note we will not accept returns if you simply change your mind.

We will not accept mattresses or other bedding because of hygiene concerns.

We cannot take back any products cut to size such as foam, mats or rubber and foam strips

Please contact the store in which you originally purchased your goods from, they will help with your refund or exchange request. Products must be in a resalable condition. We will not accept refunds if you simply change your mind.
Under the Consumer Guarantees Act you are entitled to have your product repaired, replaced or refunded. Please contact the store which you originally purchased the products from.
If you have ordered something online and received the wrong product, please contact the store which you originally purchased the products from.
